Full-Time Digital Artist – Al Rayyan
Job Description
The Production Artist, who will report to the Design Director, will primarily be responsible for designing league licensing boards for all of our licenses and for designing all images used in the catalog and the BTB sales tool. You’ll be working closely with the Apparel/Authentic Design group to make sure that any changes or conversions made by the team are in line with the original concept of the designers.

Qualifications:
- The use of trademark elements should be consistent across the many supply chains through which your products pass.
- Prepare given artwork in multiple formats for production and fix any problems with the artwork that come up during production.
- As issues develop, work with the printer and the creative team to resolve them.
- Performs quality assurance checks on tech packs and is adept at identifying and resolving issues with artwork and decorative elements.
- Systematized revision management and regular team updates on production status are essential.
- Ability to take direction on creative campaigns and design derivative assets and resizes from established look & feel.
- Is in charge of drafting all submittal paperwork, obtaining approvals, and making any necessary changes.
- To ensure the success of any design, you’ll need to study the recipes, layouts, and materials proposed by the design team.
- Collaborate with graphic design, art, and industrial design to ensure the design objective of printed products is maintained.
- Excellent time management skills; consistently meets or exceeds project deadlines.
Skills:
- Two or more years’ experience in fashion graphic design, garment design, or fashion product development.
- You should be competent with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and FlightCheck.
- Must be able to use MAC and all relevant tools, particularly Illustrator from the Adobe Creative Suite, with demonstrable ability.
- You are confident in your ability to manage the print process with a vendor and to exert pressure on them to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Possessing excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills and the ability to communicate successfully with professionals at all levels.
