Full-Time Designer, Brand Design – Belgavi
In order to build and strengthen the brand, the Brand Designer will collaborate with our brand team to complete designs for use on a range of platforms. The ideal candidate will be extremely skilled and nimble in design and passionate about branding and design across all media. Someone who isn’t frightened of creative difficulties is the right fit for this position. This person will work daily with business partners and form a core team that serves as the single source of truth for all matters pertaining to the Brand’s design and creative output.

- You’ll lead brand workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to uncover the why behind the business, products and services.

- Through the lens of the brand, you’ll create compelling evidence of the company’s familiarity with the market, its analysis of key competitors, its strategy for gaining a competitive edge, and its commitment to the long-term success of the industry.
- Improve our ability to meet the needs of our customers by collaborating across departments with people like marketers, product managers, and designers.
- Maintaining regular design reviews and brainstorming meetings will facilitate communication and cooperation with the larger creative team.
- Make the diagrams, storyboards, prototypes, and design requirements that will be used to shape the product’s user experience.
- Facilitating best practices, the design process, and brainstorming among designers and collaborators can motivate a high-quality culture to emerge and flourish.
- To promote brand consistency and support future brand decisions, you’ll produce extensive brand documentation.
- Cooperate with the Design leadership and the rest of the Brand Design team to develop, expand, and sustain the visual brand.
- Determine the technical and creative constraints of a project and negotiate solutions with your team.
- strong inter-departmental communication abilities with colleagues in the fields of data analysis, product marketing, and product design.
- A user-centered approach to design and graphics that generates human experiences.
- Professionalism and Experience in Branding for 5+ Years (think: digital first, fundamental human needs, complexity; for example: financial services, healthcare, real estate)
- a body of work that displays skill in design and the capacity to create memorable, enjoyable, and engaging user experiences.
- Among the deliverables you are confident in and enthusiastic about are logo design, package design, editorial layout, marketing sites, and marketing campaigns.
