Qualifications:
- Assist strategists, creative teams, product designers, motion designers, and production teams and suppliers in executing the creative vision perfectly.
- In this role, you’ll help clients and coworkers understand how to solve business problems while also meeting brand and customer expectations. As a member of our team, you’ll have direct access to our creative directors, strategists, project managers, and account executives.
- In the face of the uncertainty, be brave and enthusiastic about design exploration. With the support of creative directors, build campaign concepts and ideas while working on a range of projects.
- The goal of this project is to help our Design team succeed by establishing a standard for all future designers to strive toward.
- To make sure the product is as good as it can be before any samples are manufactured, the designer oversees the whole process personally and actively.
- Ensure that the efforts you lead go above and beyond their planned goals, and that they unearth additional opportunities inside the client’s company.
- Have a clear design point of view and a clear vision for the future, with the courage to pursue forward-thinking design solutions and champion bold and boundary-pushing ideas that you think are good.
- Plan, organize, and implement an extensive library of eye-catching, customer-centric visual assets for use in a variety of marketing and product development initiatives.
- Make continual progress in the development, updating, and improvement of our brand guidelines (typography and material choices, color schemes) across all of our points of interaction.
- When working with partners from the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, or Affiliate teams to keep the brand moving forward, this person needs to know the company’s strategy and brand goals in order to keep the brand moving forward.
Skills:
- Having a good grasp of how creativity can help businesses meet their goals while still adhering to and encouraging their brand’s aesthetic and communication standards is important.
- A collection of work that shows a great ability to combine different types of design and visual solutions, including digital, experiential, retail, and product/service design and storytelling.
- You must be adaptive as well as confident in your abilities (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). capable of stepping in as a quick student when the need arises
- Proven experience working on integrated initiatives that use digital, social, and/or new media; shown ability to think creatively and strategically.
- The ability to employ color, typography, and design elements in a way that is pleasing to the eye and does not overpower the message
