Ensures that all employees in their office are led and guided effectively. Serves as an advocate for the company’s owners before both external and internal stakeholders. Responsible for communicating between the office and the rest of the company. Schedules are guaranteed to be effective.

- Maintains office order by informing employees of new policies and ensuring that old ones are followed.

- Coordinates staffing needs, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and firing in collaboration with the HR department.

- Maintain overall responsibility for the office’s infrastructure and day-to-day operations.
