Qualifications:
- Keeps employees apprised of policy updates and ensures they are followed.
- ensuring that all staff members have access to training and development resources to ensure that they are familiar with the company’s operations, protocols, and operating procedures.
- Supervise the operation of all office systems and procedures.
- Examine and manage the office’s day-to-day functions, including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, cash management, payroll processing, and other administrative duties.
- Using a method that is inspiring, innovative, and hospitable, we were able to surpass our revenue and profit targets.
- Create and suggest initiatives to improve office operations, patient retention, and profitability.
- Growth of the practice can be aided by using both internal and external marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with the Managing Dentist and Associates to advance clinical and administrative leadership
- in cooperation with the HR Department, coordinates staffing requirements, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and firing.
- Examines patient charts, making adjustments and publishing them as appropriate.
Skills:
- Minimum of a high school diploma and previous management experience in a dental practice are preferred.
- demonstrates an ability to connect with others, both internally and outside (in the form of patients).
- It is necessary to have an overall solid grasp of dental-related systems, technical standards, and procedures.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Acquired via personal study and research expertise in the relevant systems and technology.
