- Verifies medical records, revises and releases them as needed.
- Manages staffing requirements, including advertising, interviewing, hiring, and dismissing, in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Working together with the head dentist and the rest of the team to improve their clinical and managerial prowess
- Workflow analysis and organization in the workplace, including but not limited to payroll, invoice, and cash management.
- Successfully exceeding sales, revenue, and profit targets while maintaining a positive, forward-thinking demeanor
- Think of ways to improve office productivity, patient retention, and income, and propose them to the appropriate parties.
- Manage the office as a whole by dictating how everything is done.
- Implementing internal and external marketing techniques will aid in the practice’s expansion.
- Helping employees learn and grow so that they can confidently exhibit understanding of the company’s operations, processes, and protocols.
- monitors compliance with office policies and procedures and updates employees on any necessary changes.
- Self-directed learning provides knowledge of applicable systems/technologies.
- Candidates with managerial experience in a dental practice and a bachelor’s degree or above are preferred.
- All around deep familiarity with dental systems, technological requirements, and procedures.
- Manifests interpersonal skills both within the organization and with patients.
- You need to have worked in a medical management role for at least three years.
