Qualifications:
- Organize paper formats, backups, and source files for materials as needed.
- It is necessary to be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
- Data must be entered, updated, and validated in business databases.
- Ensure that all customer and bank standards for operations, internal auditing and security, and general practices are followed.
- Job Complexity – Performs duties that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring only modest judgments outside of existing processes, but recognizes the need for occasional departures from established procedures. In decision-making, it has a minor or non-existent role.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Make sure your scanners and other devices are clean, well-maintained, and functional.
- Viewing and confirming sensitive or secret customer/client data; ensuring that customer/client data and identities are protected.
- Concentrate on the details. You’re in charge of auditing, and you need to be quite precise. The accuracy must be 98 percent.
- Data entry must be capable of assisting technical staff in the resolution of computer and software issues.
Skills:
- 8000+ words per hour typing rate.
- Ability to function well in a group setting.
- Working knowledge of collaborative web-based tools.
- Communication skills.
- Intermediate computer abilities, as well as Microsoft program knowledge, are required.
