Qualifications:

- Finance and compliance activities must be supported effectively in order to facilitate development and efficiency.
- Journal entries, expenditure reclassifications, and cash receipts are examples of transactional accounting forms and reports that must be completed or processed.
- To assist proper vendor payment, regularly checks the payroll deduction database and uses billing administrator-reported inactive payment reports. Payroll deductions, benefit plans, and invoices are summarized monthly with controls to ensure correctness. Vendor payments are processed appropriately. Performs ad hoc analysis as required.
- Contribute to the Associate Analyst’s monthly fee computations and monthly reporting spreadsheets
- The incumbent develops, implements, and provides advice on agency-wide policies and procedures governing the acquisition, allocation, distribution, obligation, and expenditure of funds in accordance with authorized budgets.
- For PCMI, Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT), as well as individual accounts, rectify any manual changes recorded to the group ledger on the HealthCare Processing System (COBRA).
- People at all levels of management and end-users should be informed of project progress, timing, and issues so they may assist in systems/solution integration and process reengineering initiatives.
- In order to get buy-in for systems/solution integration and process reengineering activities, communicate and collaborate with various management and user levels to offer project progress, timetable and problem updates.
- Among the responsibilities of the incumbent will be the analysis and direction of financial programs and challenges, as well as assistance for the FIAR (Financial Improvement Audit Readiness) Program’s day-to-day functioning.
Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline from an authorized institution or university may replace the necessary experience.
- Extremely good project management abilities, shown by expertise managing complicated projects involving worldwide project teams.
- Also, you’ll need to know how to operate with a healthcare system that isn’t now available.
- Policies, ideas, concepts, guidelines, methods, strategies, and approaches for financial planning are all important for your career.
- Ability to plan and organize work assignments; to teach, motivate, and assist subordinate colleagues in the use of automated data processing principles and system capabilities; to effectively complete tasks.
