Job Description
MSP and RPO operational services are the responsibility of the Implementation Consultant. Stakeholders should be included in the process of collecting needs and creating future state process maps. System setup should be tested in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications. The Implementation Consultant may setup manually. Program adoption activities will be overseen and a Change Strategy Plan will be developed by the Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant works closely with all project teams to verify that the proposed solution fulfills specific workstream requirements and benefits the whole MSP solution.. 3 to 5 years of direct consulting or process improvement experience.

Qualifications:
- Customizing Company Solutions to meet the specific demands of the Client in order to create a solution that works successfully for each client, providing value and enhancing growth potential is an important component of the implementation process.
- Work breakdown structures (WBSs) and a detailed plan (i.e., milestones) are used to ensure that the project is finished on time and within budget.
- A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal and external) collaborates with other functional and technical subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions; provides advice on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and the impact on other business processes and system priorities.
- Until installing extra processes into place, you should test out any new scripts, workflows, or other solutions. For account setups that are more complicated, project coordination is needed to make sure everything goes well.
- Stakeholder groups get weekly status briefings on project accomplishments, plans for the next week, and issues needing management and stakeholder attention.
- Explain the benefits of client tools and consultations, such as empowerment, communication, change management and technical advice.
- identifying the scope of work, allocating the appropriate cash and staff, setting deadlines, devising communication strategies, and describing the sorts of testing and maintenance to be conducted on software projects
- Plan and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor results, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, and verify the configuration meets business and technical demands.
- With a structured and regulated implementation process, it is simpler for the customer to know when each phase is expected to be completed.
- Monitor deployment during the first 60-90 days of the customer’s lifetime to verify that key performance criteria are fulfilled, proactively contact customers with low use and provide best practices to increase their utilization, and discover promising areas.
Skills:
- Those with bachelor’s degrees in business or similar subjects are most suited for this post, although it isn’t needed.
- Accepts great responsibility for the success of the project and demonstrates an excellent capacity to help others in the fulfillment of tasks via knowledge sharing. Requires little supervision from a manager with a more senior level of responsibility.
- Ensure end-to-end configuration testing, user testing coordination and leadership, test result documentation and monitoring, and issue resolution.
- 5 or more years of experience in a related field, such as implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, relationship building, or change management.
- In partnership with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external), develops alternative technical or business solutions; advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs. benefits, and effect on other business processes and system priorities.
