We’re seeking for a high-volume Corporate Recruiter to work with our People Operations group. The Vice President of People Operations and the contact center management team will work closely with this person in order to recruit for long-term success. This role is critical to the company’s development. We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about helping businesses succeed by coming up with innovative approaches to interviewing and recruiting candidates.

Qualifications:
- Manage the whole recruitment process, from prospect research and cold and warm calling through evaluation and screening to assistance for candidates during the interview process and extending employment offers.
- Identifying gaps in the Company’s recruitment partners and methods, as well as feasible alternatives, will allow us to provide the best possible experience for both candidates and managers.
- Get to know the business through and out and be able to articulate to potential workers the company’s mission, values, and vision.
- Find out about and connect with people who aren’t actively looking for work. This will help you build a pipeline of key talent that you can use right away and in the future, as well as build strong sourcing strategies that will attract top talent.
- Make/recommend changes to the recruiting process based on feedback from applicants; connect with leaders to raise awareness of the positive candidate experience.
