The Real Estate Manager is in charge of real estate portfolios. They follow the company’s own real estate strategy. Drives a variety of real estate solutions, such as site searches, lease extensions, sublease agreements, relocations, and terminations, among other things. Operational and functional leaders can help make real estate decisions by talking to people who work there.

Qualifications:
- Help with new site due diligence for the construction department and partners, including coordinating with local authorities.
- Oversee all LOIs and interact with the legal team in order to sign any relevant leases, purchase agreements, and other transactional paperwork and to provide business guidance as needed to conclude transactional documentation to achieve desired strategic results.
- Analyzes and documents the financial implications of the transaction. The internal approvals system for leases, etc., ensures the seamless flow of transactions.
- Many divisions within a real estate company must work together to avoid loss and analyze risk in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- When it comes to managing changes in lease terms, store performance, and monthly rent payments, a portfolio master sheet may be quite helpful. Use of Excel is required for this employment.
- Get to grips with the market and keep an eye on new store openings and other factors that impact real estate decisions.
- The primary point of contact for all real estate transactions including leasing and property rights.
- People who work in the environmental, health, and safety field should work together to find and solve complex environmental issues that could affect the outcome of a transaction.
- Establishes and maintains a record of the lease and option expiration dates. Lease activities such as renewals, relocations, and terminations are made easier for business units and higher management by the leasing team. This individual is in charge of coordinating the opening and shutting of new locations.

Skills:
- A track record of delivering high-quality projects in an environment where speed, flexibility, and a large volume of work are anticipated as the usual
- Having a lot of experience with real estate transaction and contractual documents like leases, purchase agreements, due diligence, and construction contracts is important.
- Accomplished in fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as being able to agree on data needs for both internal and external stakeholders
- Applicants must be fluent in both spoken and written English, as well as be able to create materials that are clear and concise while yet including all of the necessary information. They must also be able to present well before small and big groups.
- Two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative position; or any combination of education from a recognized institution and related experience totalling nine (9) years may substitute for the necessary education and experience, year for year.
