Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator will provide daily assistance to the Company’s worldwide scheduling strategy, as well as play an important part in the day-to-day auditing of schedules and data reconciliation procedures. This post will report to the Scheduling Manager.

Qualifications:
- This information includes office, OR, and PAT records, labs, blood testing, and imaging, and new patient letters.
- Real-time crew schedule adjustments are required in response to resource changes or changing business circumstances at any point in the day.
- Assist in tracking new recruits in the field, working with operations and human resources to provide adequate visibility and documentation for future team members.
- In order to generate management reports, keep track of the field’s performance. These reports should contain metrics such as productivity, utilization, overtime, and travel time.
- Route service providers and other resources effectively all day long by sending emails, text messages, and other forms of electronic communication.
- Appropriately handle incoming calls and emails. Make outbound phone calls to clients and/or interpreters or send emails to follow up on assignments, to manage cancellations or questions, or to reschedule services for clients.
- Assess essential pathways and constraints to identify the impact of schedule changes and to offer solutions to reduce such consequences.
- Ascertain that the work assigned to the field workers is manageable, and alert management if there are any anomalies in the performance of the personnel on site.
- Provide regular spot checks for other schedulers under the supervision of the Manager, Scheduling, and the advice of the Lead Scheduler.
- Using a spreadsheet, assign field tasks to field employees by hand, including travel time, emergency work, and various equipment rentals to be used while the teams are on the project site.
Skills:
- Applicants must be able to operate effectively in a formal office setting, as well as have experience with scheduling and handling client requirements.
- must be able to handle many tasks at the same time. To ensure that the data entered into the system is correct, the user must pay close attention to the smallest of details. Calculator, Microsoft Excel, and Word skills are required. Customers and the general public need someone who is dedicated to their well-being.
- Capability to take the initiative in searching for methods to improve or enhance the scheduling process, avert issues, or embrace chances to alleviate the logistical strain on field staff.
- This qualification demonstrates the capacity to offer care that is tailored to the individual physical, psychological, educational, and safety requirements of a patient.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to a wide spectrum of hospital staff and physicians.
