Job Description
Your major responsibility as a Marketing Associate will be to assist with the implementation of both tactical and strategic marketing programs designed to increase revenue, customer engagement, and NOI. You will assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with the day-to-day operations of the center marketing team, ensuring that business needs and KPIs are met through the implementation of marketing strategies, interpretations and execution of national and development center marketing programs, campaign execution, and measurement.

Qualifications:
- Utilize consumer and market data and trends to aid in the development of a deeper understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of the brand’s consumer or a specific consumer segment.
- Use tools of artificial intelligence to investigate the market for certain brands and products.
- Help figure out how to best communicate with customers and organize your campaign so that you may reach them when and where they are most receptive.
- Prove you can keep projects on track and under budget, and show you can evaluate investment opportunities in order to avoid risk and maximize return. Locate and drive initiatives that promote the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness offering through various channels of communication.
- Collaborates with Manager to develop annual strategy for maximizing brand demand by synchronizing Marketing and Sales teams and responding quickly to changes in the marketplace based on insights gained from analysis of market, brand, customer, and consumer trends.
- Oversee consumer communications projects to establish a digital and social media-first communications infrastructure that will bring the brand to life and facilitate productive dialogue with end users.
- To propel relevant communications and innovation, brands need their target audiences to be familiar with and understand the brand’s identity, essence, vision, mission, and fundamental values.
- Handle brand-related tasks in a way that indicates your familiarity with critical consumer insights and your ability to put them to use in appropriate communications and innovation initiatives.
- Take the reins on initiatives that promote the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness offering by exploring new avenues of development.
- Leading initiatives within the communication strategy focused on particular touchpoints or consumer goals include agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution, and results measurement.
Skills:
- Candidates should ideally have managed marketing communication projects in the past, with a focus on digital and media strategy.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners is preferred.
- Strategic brand/product planning, including commercialization strategies and communication campaigns, is preferred.
- Experience in generating insights from data and trends to comprehend customer behavior is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management are prerequisites. Alternatively, a master’s degree in business, marketing, an MBA, or a closely related discipline is necessary.
