Qualifications:
- WBSs and a detailed plan (i.e., milestones) are used to ensure that the project is finished on schedule and at the required standard.
- Configuring Company Solutions to meet Client Requirements to allow the delivery of a solution that works effectively for each customer, producing value and optimising growth potential, is an important aspect of the implementation process.
- The target of functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) working together is to influence other processes and system priorities.
- Training unit, test new workflows, scripts, or solutions. As needed, provide project supervision for more complex account setups to guarantee successful completion.
- Every implementation project must be performed in an organized, controlled manner that notifies the client of estimated completion deadlines for each step of the implementation.
- Report to project stakeholders on a weekly basis on project progress, future week plans, and problems that need management and stakeholder attention to keep everyone up to date.
- Client tools and consultations, such as enablement, communications management, change management, and technical advice, are critical for customers to grasp.
- Organize and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor test results, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly, and verify that the setup is proper based on business and technical requirements.
- Keep an eye out for clients who aren’t utilizing the service as often as they should be, and provide them best practices to encourage them back into the habit.

Skills:
- Experts (internal and external) working together to provide alternative technological or business solutions, as well as give advise on the possible benefits and hazards as well the influence on other business processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, MIS, computer science, or project management preferable
- Five years of expertise in executing, onboarding, managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering partnerships, and managing change.
- Recognizes major responsibility for project completion; effective ability to assist others in project completion via knowledge sharing; needs little supervision from a manager with a higher level of responsibility.
- Includes ensuring that the configuration meets business and technical requirements, including but not limited to: end-to-end configuration testing, coordination and leadership of user testing, documenting and tracking of test results, and ensuring that problems are rapidly rectified.
