This person will assist client relationships by ensuring that all client needs are met, answering client queries, preparing advisors for client review meetings, and resolving any other issues or duties that arise.   • Examine all messages sent via electronic means and reply to them; deal with any difficulties or complaints raised as soon as possible in a professional manner.
  • Create and cancel accounts, grant power of attorney and trading authorization as necessary, link life insurance and annuity accounts, finish client registrations, and promptly respond to and carry out client service requests.
  • Initiate and reply to customer correspondence, create and manage client files, and complete other tasks as directed by the firm’s Advisor.
  • You will play a crucial role on deal teams, helping to locate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and writing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
  • Provide front desk service, such as welcoming clients and guests, answering the phone pleasantly, and taking thorough messages when necessary; ensure all customer demands are fulfilled promptly and properly.
  • Establish and manage client files, as well as generate and prepare reports and databases for file and record keeping, to fulfill regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the upkeep of all common office equipment, ensuring that it is in proper working order for the practice, and report any problems to the facilities manager. Maintain office supplies, ensuring that needs such as break room products are always available.
  • utilizes trading to handle transactions involving equity and fixed-income securities.
  • Ensure proper treatment of all old and unneeded information by regularly shredding it. Properly dispose of client information.
  • Maintain current client information in the contact database and contact management system for reporting, scheduling, tracking fees, and marketing purposes.


  • Completed college courses and relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree if the candidate does not have one.
  • A minimum of one to two years’ experience in finance or a closely connected discipline, such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
  • Fluency in Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors are all definite pluses.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • demonstrated competence in client management or customer service. This would entail discovering difficulties or problems with clients, offering solutions, and starting those solutions.
