Job Description

We are looking for high-performing Account Executives with search advertising expertise who can grow revenue and boost customer satisfaction by creating and nurturing strategic client relationships and providing tailored search solutions that correspond with the client’s advertising goals. Through largely virtual contact, the Account Executive promotes new account acquisition and incremental revenue against a specified list of high potential agencies. The Account Executive, in collaboration with the Account Manager (Corporate Segment), creates excellent customer plans that include revenue and customer satisfaction development goals. Specific key performance indicators focusing on boosting product uptake, emphasizing customer experience, and maximizing opportunities are utilized to assess success.

  • It is the job of the outside sales staff to find new customers, suggest them to other clients, and grow current ones. Relationships with both large and small businesses that are long-lasting.
  • Manage assigned customer connections to make sure that customers are happy, that contracts are likely to be renewed, and that the client’s relationship with the customer grows by selling them more services.
  • Assist the client’s sales support, operations, and executive team in ensuring that customers are satisfied, in addition to taking on any other duties that may be assigned.
  • Finding and connecting potential new customers; extending and enhancing existing customer relationships;
  • Use consultative sales strategies to get past client objections and make the most sales in the territory you’re in. Set up and keep up good relationships with the public and network in the community to get new business.
  • Manage the ongoing requirement to comprehend interconnected technologies and stay abreast of new possibilities as corporate technologies grow and evolve. Identify, train, and cultivate indirect sales networks.
  • Develop and manage high-quality, executable Customer Plans (where appropriate) and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Demonstrate an in-depth comprehension of client requirements, issues/concerns, and goals/objectives. Create a comprehensive plan of action to address these opportunities. Plan reached with the consumer. quarterly review with management. Direct the implementation of the Account Plan. Ensures that all participants will follow through with their commitments.
  • Working with field managers, price quotes and bids to meet the company’s financial objectives. Monitor your competition’s market share, pricing, and other products.
  • Direct the actions of the internal Account Management team as well as the members of the extended team in relation to the strategic goals of the client and problems that have escalated.

Skills:

  • We prefer individuals with a four-year degree, but would accept those with similar work experience and a high school certificate or GED.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate well in both written and spoken form. Exceptional presenting abilities are required for many of the sales operations that rely only on this kind of communication. It is essential to be able to speak confidently and eloquently in front of a big group of C-level decision makers.
  • More than five years of expertise selling to major technical clients, including managed services, data center services, cloud-based software as a service solutions, consulting and hardware/software solutions..
  • Experts use their knowledge to convince, teach, and inspire others to reach a goal. Our sales stage technique is ready to be used to make sure that every opportunity developed and shared with this information brings in as much money as possible.
  • Must be driven to seek possibilities inside the target client and marshal client resources to enable solution generation and strategy execution.
