Full-Time Chinese Front Desk Receptionist – Katsina
The Front Desk Receptionist reports directly to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to all visitors and clients as well as answering all incoming calls. In this position, you’ll need to be well-versed in and compliant with all applicable company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Also, you won’t let any sensitive information about the business or its customers fall into the wrong hands.

- Follow instructions on attendance at and participation in workshops, seminars, in-service education classes, and on-the-job training programs.
- Assists visitors in filling out registration forms and receiving their badges in a way that respects security protocols.
- Learn the steps to taking care of client issues from beginning to end.
- Answers and routes all incoming calls for various business divisions courteously, quickly, and accurately using a multi-line telephone. when utilizing the company’s intercom system, displays a polite and professional approach.
- Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants.
- Maintain order by refusing entry to anyone who doesn’t comply with the rules.
- Inspect each office to ensure that it meets the standards for safety, maintenance, and cleanliness set by the company.
- keeps all pertinent records, files, directories, correspondence, and other associated documents current. co-ordinates shredding of boxes and off-site storage. oversees copier maintenance and repair.
- Keep an up-to-date list of residents, including their names and room numbers, as well as emergency phone numbers for staff who are on call, department extensions, and key people.
- Responds with general information to routine customer inquiries and escalates complaints, questions, and requests for information to the Corporate Office Manager.
- a history of success as a front desk representative, receptionist, or related position.
