This position is an important member of the agency’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and having sufficient autonomy to carry out obligations using sound judgement. This role will oversee the activities of Revenue Management, Contracts, Facilities Management, and Community Relations, in addition to providing leadership to the agency’s strategic initiatives.

• It is important to be able to communicate, manage, evaluate, and use technology.
• A self-starter who is flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, as well as someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, will be required for this role.
• Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX, are beneficial.
• The integration of the Cooperative’s subsidiaries, as well as the preparation of consolidated financial reporting, are your responsibilities.
• The significance of financial strategy and planning cannot be emphasized.
• Direct financial and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Make a long-term financial plan with the advice and assistance of the Finance Committee and the CEO.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.

Skills:

• Prior expertise with successful mergers and acquisitions is required.
• It’s crucial to have a good understanding of (IT) information technology, shipping, and facilities management.
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
• You should be capable of communicating with others verbally, in writing, and over the phone.
• It is necessary to have experience with financial accounting systems and databases.
