You are in responsible of sourcing excellent people for all non-sales divisions within the business as a Corporate Recruiter. We are searching for a high-energy, high-producing recruiter with strong communication abilities. You will be in charge of the whole search process, as well as directly handling the demands of your dedicated recruiting managers.

  • Identify any deficiencies in the Company’s recruiting partners and processes, as well as alternative agencies or methods of recruiting, in order to provide the greatest possible experience for our candidates and managers.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and provide detailed profile summaries; work with managers to build and negotiate compensation packages.
  • It’s your role to oversee the whole recruitment process, from researching potential candidates to conducting phone screenings, assisting applicants in the interview process, and extending employment offers.
  • Your ability to communicate the company’s vision, mission and values to potential employees should be sharpened Become familiar with the company’s processes.
  • Gather and assess comments from candidates throughout the hiring process; make/recommend adjustments through TA projects; and communicate with leaders to promote awareness.
