This job helps our Product Managers identify and build solutions based on data-driven insights, research, and actionable approaches to execution. In addition to assisting with needs formulation, market research, competitive analysis, and analytics reporting.

Qualifications:
- Through engagement with customers, develops business area expertise, including understanding market segmentation, business model, key success metrics, predicting sales and product demand, share performance, trends, competition, customer essential success factors and demands.
- Gather requirements for the digital products we create for clients, validating and documenting them as storyboards for engineers to follow as they build new development items.
- Inspires, motivates, and enables people to attain their greatest potential by functioning as a role model.
- Design and provide high-quality products and services with the help of technical teams in order to improve client satisfaction.
- A company’s R&D/product development, creative services, sales/marketing, and financial planning/coordination activities must all be coordinated to be effective.
- Work closely with engineering, product marketing, customer success, and operations, as well as customers, to comprehend, record, evaluate, and synthesize customer demands and opportunities into product priorities, roadmap plans, and actionable user stories.
- Participate in user acceptability testing and smoke testing as required to verify that releases and release candidates satisfy functional requirements, quickly recording any faults and providing specific instructions to recreate them.
- The portfolio/product strategy incorporates all of these elements. Create and execute strategies, analyze performance indicators, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders are just a few of the responsibilities of this role.
- Takes on a number of responsibilities, including but not limited to forecasting, pricing, backorder management, and product launch management. Their services are used by businesses in the United States and throughout the globe.
- Provide a baseline awareness of competitive activity by summarizing significant results and trends from competitive research using statistics and data whenever available.
