The Digital Director, who reports to the SVP Designer Brands, is responsible for establishing the strategy and supervising the development of digital marketing, social media, consumer interaction, media creation, content planning, and community management for Brands.

Qualifications:
- determine the scope and objectives of the project, conduct frequent status meetings, and/or manage the project from start to completion.
- By expediting the production and delivery of new products utilizing current DevSecOps processes, you may provide commercial value to end consumers on a daily basis.
- Assist with digital program project management, including organic and paid media programs; handle numerous digital projects and work streams, including project planning, execution, and milestone reporting.
- There are a number of skills required for this position, including the ability to manage websites, monitor internet traffic, collaborate with other teams on web and mobile design, and analyze data.
- Make sure you’re up to date on industry issues and trends, particularly in the areas of accessibility, usability, and new technology.
- Pay-per-click and other metrics may be used to gauge the success of an ad campaign and identify new leads.
- You are responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our digital marketing initiatives in compliance with our brand strategy. We’re talking about anything from Google Ads to Facebook ads to social media and our own website. The required consumer engagement objectives must be achieved across all of our digital platforms, and you must make sure they are.
- You will own all short form television and internet videos created to help promote our brand in the industry and generate visitors to our website.
- Develop new administrative tools or improve existing ones for use both inside and outside the company.
- You’ll be in charge of ensuring that agency plans are well received by the media by offering sound advice, evaluation, and continual optimization in media briefings.
Skills:
- Digital marketing experience for political campaigns, issue advocacy organizations, or other comparable professions is required; 5-7 years of experience is preferred.
- Exceptional technical competence, including the capacity to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide variety of people in a manner that is both understandable and engaging.
- Code versioning tools and knowledge of the newest web design tools, including HTML5, ASP.NET Web Forms/Web Services/Web API, and jQuery/CSS3.
- The applicant should have expertise conducting randomized control trials, A/B tests, and platform brand lift studies.
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced setting, manage many projects at once, work effectively and swiftly, and fulfill deadlines while keeping calm under pressure
