Qualifications:
- It’s important to talk with the Sales Counselor about everything from build-to-suit contracts to spec homes, model maintenance, subdivision maintenance, signage, and more.
- Assisting the carrier in liaising with various government bodies, including the municipal and state councils as well as the federal and state governments, to get necessary permits and inspections
- There should be a constant evaluation of all outsourced construction enterprises to guarantee that all standards for safety, quality and time are satisfied as well as the final output.
- Assisting as an information resource by organizing tenant work, attending meetings, managing conflicts, offering continual feedback, and arranging the project’s punch list and close-out.
- you’ll have to look over and approve invoices from consultants, contractors, and change orders. You’ll also work with the Control Manager to make sure the reporting program is set up correctly.
- Examining modification proposals, proposal requests, requests for information, additional instructions, and other contract material on behalf of the carrier’s interests as needed
- Creating initial project-specific cost estimates and assuming overall budgetary management responsibilities for the project’s numerous cost components
- Prior to starting a project, ensuring that all relevant subcontractors are identified and verified.
- Coordination and consultation with utility firms that provide services and infrastructure for the project, including scheduling and cost management
- Analyzing lease contracts and requirements in relation to the carrier’s duties, ensuring that the carrier complies with requirements while keeping project costs under control
Skills:
- Significant experience with construction contract agreements and the construction process, including the ability to read, comprehend, and coordinate the drawings and specifications of consultants.
- Engineering and construction project management experience in the industrial sector is required for this position.
- It’s important to have experience in pre-design and pre-construction, as well as knowledge of building systems and components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team development and creating relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.
- In charge of keeping track of the timetable and budget, identifying deviations from the business plan, and working closely with the general contractor and project consultants to ensure the project is successfully completed.
