- Take charge of the building’s upkeep, coordinate with the local property management, and cooperate closely with the building’s employees and any relevant internal contacts.
- You’ll be in charge of all the financial processes at a branch office, from invoicing to payments to account reconciliation.
- As a member of the firm’s administrative operations team, I participate in projects and activities meant to enhance the quality of service provided to both internal and external clients.

- Oversee all secretarial, administrative, and clerical tasks performed by secretaries, assistant secretaries, conference assistants, and other office staff members on a daily basis (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
