Qualifications:

  • Take charge of the building’s upkeep, coordinate with the local property management, and cooperate closely with the building’s employees and any relevant internal contacts.
  • You’ll be in charge of all the financial processes at a branch office, from invoicing to payments to account reconciliation.
  • As a member of the firm’s administrative operations team, I participate in projects and activities meant to enhance the quality of service provided to both internal and external clients.
  • Be sure the office is safe for employees to work there and that it satisfies any other requirements set forth by law.
  • Oversee all secretarial, administrative, and clerical tasks performed by secretaries, assistant secretaries, conference assistants, and other office staff members on a daily basis (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • performs a wide range of administrative, clerical, secretarial, record-keeping, bookkeeping, file-reviewing, and support tasks.
  • Types letters and reports, handles paperwork, answers question, provides information, refers clients, and schedules appointments are just some of the sophisticated clerical activities you’ll be responsible for.
  • Facilitate regular office events including corporate and client development gatherings as well as charitable initiatives.
  • Maintains oversight of employees, including but not limited to scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
  • Serves as a resource for customers by answering questions regarding the branch’s services and procedures and, on occasion, offering input to management on how to handle sticky situations.
