Qualifications:
- Determine the overall concept and visual tone, take part in the design process, and provide design solutions that boost participation and engagement across a range of initiatives and campaigns.
- Deliver on-brand, results-driving content by following brand and campaign guidelines.
- In collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments, lead creative projects and teams from concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
- To create original consumer marketing and promotion materials for agency, client, and new company initiatives.
- Manage a team of Designers and Copywriter to deliver marketing creative that drives sales and supports the brand.
- Uphold the vision and standards for specific projects, making sure they fit in with the needs of the client, the brand, the store, and the organization as a whole.
- Achieve or exceed sales, client retention, and new business goals.
- Kick up projects with internal clients, manage their progress, and come up with new ways to meet the demands of the business.
- The ability to work with a variety of product requirements and familiarity with promotional media vendors are also desirable.
- Develop creative for marketing across email, site, online display and other channel work as assigned.
