Qualifications:

• High quality customer service skills.
• Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
• English proficiency is required for reading, writing, and communicating.
• The tendency to walk and stand for relatively long periods of time while being awake.
• It is necessary to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• The number of years you have worked in this position will affect your salary.
• Investigating suspicious activities or suspicious behaviors.
