Full-Time Anthropologie Key Holder – Al-Manṣūrah
Job Description
Stores are opened and closed by the Key Holder while the Store Manager is not present. Retail management, monitoring, and direct consumer support are all provided by this position. Sales transactions are carried out, as are the operation of cash registers or credit/debit machines are concerned. Customers, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization all fall under the purview of the point of sale system operator Obtains, stocks, and replenishes merchandise on the sales floor.

Qualifications:
- Enter all receiving, shipping, and transfer papers accurately into the computer system, reconciling product invoices to goods received, shipped, and transferred as needed for proper inventory.
- Achieve daily sales and productivity targets while aiding others in the process.
- All shop opening and closing procedures are carried out correctly. The key tasks of this role are to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor product area.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, implement loss prevention standards, guarantee quick receipt processing, and keep shelves stocked and merchandise priced appropriately.
- Assist your management team by ensuring that all duties are executed to a high quality.
- Among the duties of this role include making purchases on behalf of the company, processing cash or credit payments, counting money, and providing customer care.
- Creating an atmosphere in which customers are inspired, driven, and compelled to return for more.
- Keeps up-to-date on payment and exchange rules, as well as security procedures and client demands in order to improve service while also lowering security risks.
- Assist store managers with sales calls outside of the shop. Ensure that all pages and phone calls are answered swiftly, respectfully, and efficiently.
- Greets and helps customers; professionally and immediately answers to client enquiries and complaints; handles customer questions/concerns remains up to date on guiding concepts and modifications to the POS system
Skills:
- Flexibility in scheduling (holidays, weekends, and locales) based on the demands of the organization.
- To be considered for this job, you must have at least three years of retail or customer service experience and a commitment to delivering superior customer service and sales.
- Capacity to develop and maintain good working connections with coworkers, departments, and the general public.
- Excellent Microsoft Office abilities, particularly Excel and Word proficiency, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, are required for this position.
- Ability to climb a ladder, carry up to 40 pounds (fixture components and retail boxes), and stand/walk for long periods of time.
