- General administrative assistance for projects, including but not limited to the use of word processing and photocopying equipment as well as the procurement of project supplies.
- Other administrative chores include bookkeeping, payroll preparation and review, personnel files, filing systems, supply requisitions, and other administrative tasks.
- Completes a wide range of administrative activities for the Division Head, such as maintaining the calendar, writing and preparing communications, creating agendas, and assembling records.
- Interacted with customers to find out their needs.
- Creates mail, files, appointments, photocopies, faxes, and manages travel arrangements for members of the management team.
- In the Administrative services job, daily operations such as administrative procedures, welcoming and escorting guests and visitors, aiding colleagues who are using facilities, and operating and maintaining services are performed.
- Screens high-level phone calls and access, choosing who needs face-to-face meetings, referring to other managers or resolving the matter. Plans and organizes appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Handle cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative papers on a daily basis.
- Initiates and supervises the adoption of standard correspondence protocols, such as those for overnight paper delivery.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software, as well as web-based tools like Outlook and Excel. Sort through voluminous documents and databases.
