Job Description

We are looking to add an Office Clerk to our team. Maintaining files, logs, and records in a fast, accurate, and complete manner, as well as providing great customer service to both internal and external clients, are two of the most important responsibilities of our Office Clerk.

Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Doha, Ad Dawhah, Qatar
Salary : $ 17.63 per hour.
Job Type : Full-Time


  • Perform administrative duties such as word processing and spreadsheet creation using a computer and standard office equipment.
  • To assist a team or work group in achieving its objectives, one can collaborate through cooperating with others.
  • Accurately respond to customer messages, and take action to resolve customer issues in a timely way.
  • Perform clerical/administrative assignments in accordance with established procedures and under general instruction.
  • Assist in the administration and office support functions by maintaining office records, personnel files and answering routine questions about company policy.
  • The documents need to be printed, scanned, and updated in the same way that any other office document would be. To ensure the smooth running of the facility, records should be drafted and stored.
  • Keep records and files up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • General office administration entails handling the phones, filing, organizing, and cleaning up after meetings and other events, among other tasks, to ensure the smooth operation of the Support Office.
  • Accounting Functions- Perform accounting duties such as data entry, payroll, invoices, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting during the fiscal period.
  • Report any shortages of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, etc.) that you notice.


  • a typist with experience who can take dictation fast
  • Proven background working in a clerical capacity, such as an office clerk.
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and having a basic understanding of how accounting works.
  • skill in acquiring knowledge of the carpet padding and trucking industries.
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers, truck drivers, office staff, and management.
