We are looking for a full-time Marketing Strategist who is creative, forward-thinking, and well-organized. In this role, you will collaborate with the business development team to conceive, plan, write, and implement varied content to market our services, raise brand awareness, encourage thought leadership, and generate leads. You must have great writing and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide consistent, useful content across all marketing channels (organic, social, and paid), including landing pages, blogs, reports, and infographics. To track marketing effectiveness and guide decision-making, you must also have experience creating metrics and setting specific objectives. It is preferable if you have prior experience working with state and/or municipal policy concerns.

Qualifications:
- Monitor email performance, KPIs, and objectives with the audience development team to provide frequent reporting updates and insights for stakeholders (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
- data-driven content creation and e-commerce/online payments/fraud studies.
- Maintain a detailed grasp of the activities of the branch to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Implement and track email performance testing strategies like as templates, subject lines, send timings, customized content suggestions, audience segmentation, and more.
- To develop a strong online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media profiles, and disseminate material across several channels.
- Conduct social media activities, such as content creation and uploading to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct content and competitor audits to give content optimization recommendations, such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification, among other things.
- You’ll be in charge of the company’s content marketing strategy’s theme/topic progression and content development.
- Identify key partner organizations, news sites and policy groups that fit our strategy and brand in order to create collaborations with online communities.
- Collaborate with internal and external content writers and subject matter experts to ensure that deadlines are met and that messaging is consistent, succinct, and visually appealing.
Skills:
- The ability to look at performance data and work with other departments to figure out how strategy and content decisions will affect the numbers.
- Proven ability to handle many accounts while paying close attention to details ability to successfully connect with clients and give technical help to resolve client difficulties.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat), Canva and WordPress CMS should be included on your CV as should Microsoft Office.
- Coaching and counselling abilities, as well as outstanding oral and writing communication skills, are all desirable qualities.
- It’s essential that you have past experience working under pressure and have a track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
