Qualifications:

• Employers value a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Processing and coding assistance for accounts payable invoices is needed.
• The Controller of General Accounting gives other tasks.
• The number of years you’ve worked in this role will decide your income.
• As needed, do other clerical activities for the accounting department, such as filing, copying, and collating, as well as data entry.
• A functional personal vehicle, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the proper insurance coverage required by business policy, are all required.
• The new worker will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and handle a variety of operations with accuracy and timeliness while working independently.
• Credit card receipts and payments need to be processed and documented.
• Prepares, sorts, scans, and maintains Accounts Payable Invoices electronic files.
• Checks should be created and forwarded to the accounts payable department.
