Full-Time Accountant – Remote – Qatar
Job Description
We’re looking for a general accountant to help with financial statement production and analysis for assigned Market Organization(s) inside the Shared Service Center. This job is responsible for implementing suitable internal controls for assigned Market Organization(s) and ensuring that the Region follows the Corporate Finance Manual. In addition, the general accountant is in charge of the Region’s global projects.

Qualifications:
- Using the internet, process vendor payments weekly.
- Assist the grant administration function by billing and tracking grant revenue and expenses on a monthly basis.
- Maintain constructive relationships with Club staff, Development staff, service suppliers, and vendors.
- Paylocity employs a mechanism for reviewing and processing biweekly paycheck.
- The federal and state governments use cost-cutting guidelines.
- The accuracy and integrity of the financial statements are dependent on daily recording processes, month-end closing, and the implementation of adequate internal controls.
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or similar work experience, to be considered for this position.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) technologies, especially Oracle.
- It is necessary to have 3-5 years of general accounting experience.
- Account reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required of the candidate.
- Capabilities to meet multiple deadlines while prioritizing a wide range of tasks.
- It’s crucial to have good computer abilities, especially in Microsoft Office software.
- Collaboration with employees both on-site and remotely, even across time zones.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presenting abilities are required in this field.
