Job Description

In order to help the company, achieve the maximum possible return on investment on its ad buys, we are searching for an advertising account manager who will be in charge of managing and analyzing traffic, aiding advertisers with their campaign needs, and uploading and optimizing internal creatives.

  • Evangelizing and encouraging your customers to adopt Companion, our proprietary advertising technology.
  • As a company representative, you will be expected to use both online and offline means to acquire and manage commercial partnerships.
  • Consult with these advertisers effectively as well as communicate with a variety of divisions inside the organization, employing analytics and technology to analyze campaign performance.
  • Find ways to boost profits, and get to know our customers on a more personal level quickly to help with the upkeep of ongoing advertising contracts.
  • the leadership team’s other goals and quarterly revenue milestones, which you must meet and beyond.
  • Using your experience to begin onboarding larger and more difficult clients who have greater market challenges.
  • The capability to navigate partnerships spanning multiple traffic sources, including Email, Social, Native, Listicle, Paid Search marketing and more while providing solutions to the complex problems they encounter.
  • You should make sure that the company is offering the best possible return on investment (ROI) for all of its traffic sources, both organic and paid.
  • monitoring the fulfillment of the program’s promises; managing client anticipations by describing the time and cost implications of any alterations to the project’s scope.
  • Provide basic business development and sales support to the business, working with leadership staff to onboard new, meaningful advertiser clientele.


  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Must have experience overseeing implementation or managing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon, Google, or a similar platform.
  • able to understand client needs, articulate them, and share them with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven results in e-commerce digital strategy and paid advertising over the course of at least one year of expertise managing digital marketing programs.
  • Adept at using the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
