Job Description
We’re seeking to expand our Animation department by hiring a new employee! This Animator will be able to handle both character and battle animation in a small and agile team. Comedic timing and dynamic poses are required for this job. Mocap recording and cleaning are also required. A timed animation exam is required for candidates to exhibit their skills.

Qualifications:
- Provider-provided assets such as rigging and weighting may be customized as required. In order to overcome technical issues, such as animation and rigging, the art and engineering teams must collaborate.
- Create and maintain animations that bring our game environment to life for an engaging, entertaining experience. Animate new characters and build on current movement sets.
- Identify and fix issues on your own. Artistic vision and proper expansion of the art direction supplied must be shown. Procedural modeling and animation are required for deformations to be effective.
- Collaborate with character art, systems designers, and engineers to guarantee animation asset uniformity. Develop run-time character animation pipelines with technical teams.
- Maya is a wonderful option when it comes to animation. Observe established file management, project management, and version control standards while collaborating with the director on the animation style of the program.
- By keeping time under control and keeping track of production, you can meet all of your deadlines and milestones. Maintain effective communication with those responsible for the creative process and production.
- When working within the technical constraints of mobile games you have the ability to rig and skin characters effectively, allowing you to produce fluid character animations from numerous IPs.
- Actively enhance skill set and skills by monitoring industry trends and practices, assessing competing goods, and acquiring new software. Be a courteous teammate
- Create realistic clothes and hair models for characters, for example. Finishing shot work by producing fabric movements and simulations. Solve issues creatively to get art direction for a shot.
- Creative director, graphic designer, and others cooperate to pre-visualize the final product. This includes storyboards, live-action footage, and 3D blocking.
Skills:
- It’s best to know about scene, shot, camera, and character composition. A good working knowledge of the basics of film staging, blocking, cinematography, and editing is a plus.
- Show traditional animation principles and fundamentals as well as visual/technical knowledge of animation dynamics. He has vast expertise in game animation and can make high-quality animations utilizing a number of methodologies and stylistic possibilities.
- When it comes to creating CG animation pre-visualizations, designs, and characters, it takes anything from three to five years of expertise. Preliminary layout and narrative are more important to me than using Maya.
- Stylized 2D creatures must be rigged and animated quickly, which necessitates a technical knowledge in animation pipelines and procedures from conception to execution.
- Computer science, computer graphics, or computer animation work experience or a Bachelor’s degree is required (Recent graduates considered).
